Applications are invited for the following post of Semi-Skilled in the Pay Band of Rs. 5200-20200/- and Grade Pay of Rs. 1800/- plus allowances as admissible to Central Government employees, from the citizens of India, who are fulfilling the requisite qualifications/specification as mentioned in the advertisement on plain paper duly typed or neatly handwritten in the prescribed  format only. Application should be addressed to “The General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Varangaon, District – Jalgaon, (Maharashtra), Pin–425308.

Fee Payable: Candidates other that SC/ST, Ex-Serviceman and Physically Handicapped Persons should submit Indian Postal Order or nationalized bank Demand Draft of Rs. 50/- (non-refundable) in favour of “The General Manager, Ordnance Factory Varangaon” Payable at Varangaon towards application fee.

The General Manager, Ordnance Factory, Varangaon reserves the right to change the number of vacancies if necessary.

Age Limit :
18 to 32 years for General Candidates, as on last date of receipt of application.
Relaxation :
i) Upto the period of Trade Apprenticeship/ITI.
ii) Upto 5 years for SC & ST.
iii) Upto 3 years for OBC candidates on production of Caste Certificate with “Non-Creamy Layer” clause issued by the Competent Authority.
iv) Upto 40 years for Departmental Candidates with 3 years continuous Service (additional 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC).
v) Upto 10 years (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC) for PH candidates.

Essential Qualifiction: National Council for Vocational Training (NCVT) Certificate in the Trade of Turner OR Machinist OR Machinist Grinder failing which by ITI or equivalent Diploma/Certificate holder in the respective Trade.

CLOSING DATE: The closing date of receipt of application will be 21st day from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News/Rozgar Samachar, excluding the date of publication. For example, if the advertisement is published in the Employment News on 05th of the month, then the closing date will be 26th of the month. If the closing date falls on Sunday or Holiday, then next working day will be taken as closing date of the receipt of application.
